# Coupon

Coupons are created by **Admisure**, for the coaching institutes and individual educators so that they can provide an extra discount to the aspirants. This will help them to attract more aspirants.

### Overview

On the coupon management page, you will see two sections. At the top of the page, there will be the count of coupons (**Total No Of Coupons Active, Total No Of Coupons Active, Total No Of Coupons Used**) and at the bottom of the page under the **Coupon** section, there will be details of the coupons used and available for the coaching institutes/ educators.

**Total No Of Coupons Active:** Under this option, you will see the count of the available coupons from Admisure that you can you may have been using or may want to use. 

**Total No Of Coupons Inactive:** Under this option, you will find the coupon that you were once using however, you have inactivated them now.

**Total No Of Coupons Used:** Under this option, you will find all the coupons that you have used so far in your journey with Admisure.

### Coupons Section: :ticket: 

Just beside the **Coupons** section, there is a **Custom** **Date,** filter. You can select a particular time frame and apply, from that filter to view the coupons you have used or are using during that time frame. Under the **Coupons** header, there are seven options.

* **Coupon Name-** Under this option you will see the code of the coupon.
* **Coupon Code-** Under this option, you can find the codes for each coupon that aspirants can apply to get discounts.
* **Discount Type-** Under this, you will see if the discount is in percentage or a particular amount that has to deducted on the purchase of products.
* **Started On-** Under this, you will find when the coupon was released.
* **Ended On-** Under this option, you will find the date on which the coupon expired.
* **Status-** Under this option, you will find under what status each coupon is. If it is active it means the coupon is ready to be used by your aspirants.
  * **Available**: Under this status, you will see coupons that are available but you have not activated them for your coaching.
  * **Active**: Under this status, you will see coupons that are activated for your coaching.
  * **Inactive:** Under this status, you will see coupons that were activated but you no longer wish to use them hence Inactivated them or intend to reactivate them later.
  * **Expired:** Under this status, you will see coupons that were in use in past but can not be used now as they have expired.
* **Action-** Under the action option, there will be a button showing the redemption report of each coupon. If you click on the View Redemption button you will be redirected to Redemption Details.

**Do you know you can activate your coupon in three simple steps?**

* There will be three dots beside the View Redemption button beside the coupons which are under status, Available.
* Click on the dots to find **View &** **Active button.**
* Click on **Activate** to start using a coupon. Now your students can use the coupon codes to purchase your product.

**Note:** *You can **inactivate** an active coupon by clicking on the **three dots** found beside **View Redemption Button** and click on **Inactivate button.***

### **Redemption:** :shopping\_cart: 

If you click on the view **Redemption** button from under the **Action** option, you will be redirected to the **Redemption Details** page. On **the Redemption Details** page, you will find the detail of redeemed coupons. Apart from the coupon details, there is another field beside the “Coupons”; **Custom Date**.

If you want to see coupon details of a particular period you can select the date from the **Custom Date** field and click on the apply button.

The details shown under the **Coupons** section will be shown according to your selected date.  Just under **Redemption Details,** there are five options.

* **Product Name**- Under this option, you will see the names of the test package/ pass, on which the coupon was applied for purchase.
* **Product Type**- Here you would see the product type (Test package/ Pass) on which the coupon was applied for purchase.
* **Exam Type**- Under this option, you will see the exam type (name of the exam conducting body) if the aspirant had purchased a test package.
* **Last Redeemed Date On**- Here you will see the date on which the coupon was redeemed for the last time by an aspirant to purchase a product.
* **Total Discount Redeemed**-  Under this option, you will see discounted amount after applying a coupon.
