Result Details
Features and Functionalities
If you click on the View Result button you will be redirected to view the details of the result. At the top of the page, you will be able to see how many attempts and re-attempts had been done by the students.
Total Number of Attempts Made- Shows how many aspirants have attempted the test.
Total Number of Re-Attempts- Shows how many aspirants have re-attempted the test.
Test Details- This shows the date when the test result was published and the last date on which the test was attempted by students.
Test Name Section
Apart from that there will few more options under the test name header to display the result. At the right-hand corner of this section, there will be a filter that you can use to filter the result data.
Note: The Test Name above is subject to changes. The Test Name will change according to the particular test you are viewing and the data will change under the section according to the Test you are viewing.
Filter
Under the overview of the Result Details page, you will see the test name and below the test name, there will be details of aspirants who have attempted the test. Just beside the test name at the right-hand side corner is the Language & Custom Date field.
Language Filter- If you click on the language drop-down you can view how many aspirants have attempted the test in a particular language, say English or Hindi. You can choose the language from the drop-down and filter out the results accordingly.
Custom Date- On the other hand, you can select a time frame from the Custom Date drop-down and click on apply to view the results published in that particular period.
Options under Test Name
Rank- Under this option you can see the rank of a particular aspirant who has attempted the test.
Student Name- Under this option you will see the name of the aspirants who have attempted the test.
Score- Under this option, you will be able to see the marks scored by an aspirant in that particular test.
Accuracy- Under this option you will see the accuracy of answering the question for a particular aspirant.
Time Taken- Under this option, you can see how much time aspirants took to finish the test.
Attempted On- Here you will see the date on which the test was attempted.
Action- Under this option, there is a View Solution Report button. If you click on this button you will be redirected to the solutions page.
View Solution & Report button: To view, the answers selected or provided by your aspirant for each question of the test.
All Attempts: If you click on the three dots you will see an option, View All Attempts. Aspirants may have reattempted the test, if you want to view the result details of all the attempts of the test made by the aspirant you can click on this option.
Navigating Solution Page
At the top of the solution page, you will see the name of the section or subject of the test.
Just beside the Section or Subject name at the right-hand corner of the Page is the language of the exam.
At the extreme right-hand corner in the colour code bar. Here you will see the Colour code and its meaning.
Under section or subject name there will be a question its serial number and answer selected by the aspirant.
Under the chosen answer there will solution provided by the faculty who created the test.
Besides the solution, there will be a video solution section from where you can watch the video solution of the question if it was pre-uploaded.
At the extreme right-hand corner, there will be a summary button to view the test summary. Besides the summary button, there is a question paper button to view the whole question paper at a time.
Under the summary, the button is view Analysis if you click on the button you can view the analysis of the test.
You can move to the next question by clicking on the Next button on the left-hand side of the View Analysis button.
If you do not want to continue viewing the solution you can click on the Go To Coaching button at the top right-hand corner of the page and you will be redirected to the My Coaching page.
