Features and Functionalities

This page plays a key role in the creation/ modification/ management of the Test Package, to assist Coaching Institute or Individual Educators to start their journey with Admisure. You can begin by creating your first Test Package right here. However, apart from creating Test Package, the Test Series Manager plays other key roles as well. Let’s find out the key function of Test Series Manager:

Overview

In this section, you can keep a track of all the Test Package you have submitted. This section will be segmented into three categories; Total Number of Test Packages, Total Number of Test Packages Added in Last 7 Days, Total Number of Test Packages Added in Last 30 Days.

Total No Of Test Packages: This indicates the total number of Test Packages you have created from day one to the most recent submissions.

Test Packages Added in Last 7 Days: This indicates the number of test packages you have submitted in the last 7 days.

Test Packages Added in Last 30 Days: This indicates the number of test packages you have submitted in the last 30 days.

What is a Test Package?

A Test Package is a simple collection of Tests relating to certain exams. A Test Package may contain Tests based on One or Multiple Exam Types.

What is Exam Type?

Exam type simply provides information about the exam conducting body. If an aspirant wants to appear in the CGL exam the exam type would be SSC as the CGL or Combined Graduate Level exam is conducted by SSC or Staff Selection Commission. You can choose to create a Test Package with one or multiple exam types.

Package

Under the Overview, there is the section of Package. The Package section has all the major functionalities.

  • Package Name: Under this option, the name of the Test Package is displayed.

  • Exam Type: Under this option, you will find the information about the exam type (SSC, Banking, Railway) related to which, you have created the Test Package.

  • Test Type: Under this option, you will see the nature of the test created. If it's the full length/based on previous year's questions/ chapter wise test etc.

  • No Of Tests- Under this option, you will see the number of tests created under one Test Package.

  • Validity- Under this option, you will see the time limit till which the test package will remain available for the usage of your entrants.

  • Price- Under this, there will be the price of all Test Package that is available for the purchase of the entrants.

  • Status- Under this option, you can understand the status of your Test Package in Admisure’s platform. There are five options under status.

    • Under Process – If your Test Package is under process, this means you are still working on your test package. You are still in process of further editing it.

    • Completed- If your test package is in Completed status, this would mean you have finished creating or editing your test package. However, you have not published it yet.

    • In review- If your test package is In-review, this means you have completed creating your test package and you have published it from your side. However, it is currently being check by team Admisure to find out if there is any further scope of improvement within your test package

    • Rejected- If your test package is in rejected status, this means the Admisure team have found there are more than one scope of improvement in your test package. You will have to work on your test package to improve them further and resubmit for review.

    • Live- If your test package is in Live status, this would mean your test package is being reviewed and accepted by Team Admisure. It is now available in your coaching. Your students will be able to purchase those test packages now.

    • Expired- If your test package has Expired, this would mean your test package was available for the use, of your aspirants. However, the validity period of your test package with Admisure is over and it would no longer be available to your aspirants.

  • Actions- Under this option you will see a button that is indicating an action you can perform for your practice set.

    • Continue Adding- If the button indicated Continue Adding this would mean your test package can be edit or add questions to it to complete it.

    • Check Details- If the button indicates Check Details it means the test package is in review and you can not make any changes in it like editing or adding questions into your test package.

    • Check Reason- If your test package is under Rejected status you will get the Check Reason button under action. If you click on the Check reason button you will be redirected Check Reason page to check the reason for rejection of the test package. You can edit the test package and submit it for review.

Filtering Test Package Manager:

There are two options to filter the test package. Just beside the add Test package button, you will see three fields; Select Status, Exam Type. Using these two options you can filter and sort your test package.

Select Status: If you want to filter your test packages according to their status. You can use this option. If you click on this field you can select the various status (Under Process, Completed, In Review, Rejected, Live, Expired). You can select your desired status and find out test packages in that particular status.

Exam Type: If you want to filter your test packages as per exam type, you can do using this option. If you click on this field you can select your desired exam type (SSC, Banking, Railway, GATE PE, Engineering). You can click on the particular exam type by which you want to filter your test package and you will see all the test packages with the same exam type.
