This page will show the details of the test results that you have already conducted. The Test results are provided for viewing so that the coaching can monitor the performance of the students which will help in the analysis of the product and the coaching can improve their product quality. This will also help the coaching to bring new products to assist the students.
However, you can only view test results of Tests attempted by your aspirants you will not be able to view the results of Practice Sets and Quizzes. You can check the engagement of Practice Sets and Quizzes.
This page would have three sections. At the top of the page, there is the count of various tests conducted and attempted by your aspirants.
Total No Of Test Attempted By Student Today: Under this section, you will see how many test under your coaching are attempted by your aspirants on the present day.
Total No Of Test Attempted By Student Last 30 Days: Under this section, you will see how many tests are attempted by your aspirants within the last 30 days.
Total No Of Test Attempted By Student Till Now: Under this section, you will see how many tests are attempted by your aspirants from day one till the present day.
Just under the overview report, there will be the filtering section. There are 5 options available to filter the results that are already published or yet to be published. The filtering option is however interconnected to use each option (Exam Type, Package, Test Type, Test) you have to select the prior option to filter according to the next.
For Example: If you want to filter the results according to Test Type you have to 1st select the Exam Type, then Package Name and then only you will be able to filter results according to Test Type.
Exam Type: To filter test results by Exam Type click on this field and from the drop-down select the exam type name; SSC, Banking, railway etc.
Package: Click on this option to filter test results according to Test Package Name.
Test Type: Click on this option and select Test Type (Chapter wise, Full Test, etc) and filter according to Test Type.
Test: You can select the name of a test from this drop-down to filter results according to the Test name.
Note: Tests will 0 attempts will not be enlisted in the drop-down of Tests.
The search bar is found at the right-hand side of the filter. In this search bar, you can directly type the name of a test package or the name of a particular test and pull up data of the test result accordingly.
In the result section, there will be options of sorting at the top and data display options at the bottom of it. Let’s find out the options that are under this section and the type of data that are displayed under those options.
Under this section, there are further filtering options and details of a test result are displayed. At the right-hand corner of the Results, there will be a filtering option by Publishing Status & Custom Date.
In Publish Type shows the predecided publishing option for a particular test; Auto, Manual & Dated.
Auto: If the result of a test was to be (Auto) auto-published aspirants will see the result of their test immediately after completing their test. To filter out the result of such test results you have to select Auto from the Publish Type.
Manual: If the result of a test was to be (Manual) manually published, this would mean there is no such date is provided to publish the result of such test. The coaching institute or educator holds the control of publishing the test result whenever they want. To view the result of such a test you have to select, Manual from the Publish Type.
Dated: Some time coaching chooses a particular date to declare the result of a test. To view, the result of such you have to select Dated. There will be a Custom date filter to display the data according to the chosen period. You can choose the start and end date of displaying results and the data will be pulled up accordingly.
Just beside the publish type, there will be the section of Sorted By. If you want to sort the test results as per the Last attempt in Ascending order, this would mean the exams attempted most recently within a period in the recent past, will be at the top while exams attempted will be at the past will be at the bottom.
Under the Filter and Sorting option, you will find some options under which various information will be displayed. Let's have a look:
Test Name- Under this section you will find the names of various Tests.
Test Type- Under this option, you will find the test type like a subject wise test or Mock test etc.
Subject- Under this option, you will find the subjects covered under a particular test.
T. Questions- Here you will see the number of questions within a particular test.
Max Marks- Under this option you will see the total marks out of which the test was conducted.
Time- Here you will see the time allotted to finish the test.
Faculty- Under this option, you will see the faculty who are associated with the test.
Attempted By- Under this option you will see the number of aspirants who have attempted the test.
Action- Under this option, there will be a View Result button to view the detailed result of the particular test that is already published.
