Feature and Functionality

Quizzes are an interactive way of testing the knowledge of your student. At your offline coaching, you might have prepared thousand of hard copy question papers, notes and practise papers like; DPP & CPP for the students to solve. However, with your coaching at Admisure's platform, you can create Quizzes that can be easily solved. You replace the old method of educating (DPP, CPP) with a more engaging product like the quizzes.

However, besides the Quizzes are free products available for millions of students. Anyone can attempt the quizzes and rate them which will increase student engagement with your coaching. A good rating will also help in building the goodwill of your coaching which will help in boosting sales of other products.

Overview

The quiz manager page contains the details of all the quizzes that you have created. This page has three sections and plays a major role in creating, filtering, managing and editing Quizzes under your coaching.

At the top of the Quiz Manager page, you will see the overview report of the quizzes you have created.

  • Total No. Of Quizzes- Under this option, you will see the total number of quizzes you have created under your coaching dashboard.

  • Total No. Of Exams- Under this option, you will see the total number of exams, that you have covered in your quizzes.

  • Total No. Of Subjects: Under this option, you will see the total number of subjects that you have covered in your quizzes.

Quiz Section

Under the overview, you will see the Quiz section. At the right-hand side of the Quiz section, there are various options; Add Quiz button to create new quizzes, quiz filtering options.

There are about five options under the Quiz section.

  • Quiz Name- Under this option, you will see the names of the Quizzes you have created.

  • Exam Type- Under this option, you will find the information about the exam type (SSC, Banking, Railway) related to which, you have created the Quizzes.

  • No Of Questions- Under this option you will see the number of questions that are present within each Quiz that you have added.

  • Duration- Under this option, you will find the timing within which each quiz need to be finished.

  • Status: Under this option, you will find the status of your quizzes.

    • Under Process: If your Quiz is under process it means you have not yet completed adding questions to it. You want to add more questions or you may want to edit the Quiz as well while your quiz is under process.

    • Completed: If your quiz is in completed status that means you have finished adding a subsequent amount of questions in that particular quiz.

    • In review: If your Quiz is in review this means, it is not published yet. You have added all the questions within all your chosen subjects and you have finished adding questions within.

    • Rejected: If your Quiz is in rejected status that would mean there are a scope of improvement in your Quiz. Team Admisure has not approved it.

    • Live: If your Quiz is in Live status this would mean that team Admisure has not found any scope of improvement in it. Now, it would be available to be used by your aspirants.

    • Expired: You can choose to expire your old quizzes to bring updated quizzes according to change or syllabus or any update. If you have chosen to expire a quiz this will mean the quiz will no longer be available for students to use.

  • Action- Under this section, you will see a button to represent a particular action you need to take for the quiz.

    • Continue Adding button: If your quiz requires further, questions to be added or edited you will see Continue Adding Button.

    • Publish Now: If Your quiz is completed you will see the Publish Now button. If you click on Publish Now you will be redirected to the Submit for Review page. You have to accept the terms and conditions to publish your Quiz. Once the Quiz is Published it will be shown In Review status.

    • Check Details: If your Quiz is In-Review status under action you will see the Check Details button. If your quiz is In Review you can click on check details to view the Quiz details, however, no changes can be made while the quiz is under review.

    • Check Reason: If your quiz is under Rejected status you will get the Check Reason button under action. If you click on the Check reason button you will be redirected Check Reason page to check the reason for rejection of the Quiz. You can edit the quiz and submit it for review.

    • View Analytics button: If your Quiz is approved and live you will see the View Analytics button under action. Showe analytics part

    • Besides the various action button, there will be three dots. If you click on those three dots you will see the options for further action:

      • Go To Questions: If you click on this option you can revisit the question added to this particular Quiz.

      • View: If you click on this button you will be re-directed to the Quiz details page. Here you can see all the options chosen while creating the quiz.

      • Unpublish- If you have already published a quiz and it had been approved to go live you can find the Unpublish button. If you unpublish to make the Quiz temporarily unavailable for the usage of students.

      • Set Expiry- You can set the expiry of a live quiz. Setting an expiry will help you stop the usage of Quiz after a certain period of time. This is generally used to stop students from using Quizzed that is based on the old syllabus or need an update with any changes in the syllabus. Once a Quiz is expired they are no longer be available on the Admisure platform.

      • Edit- If your Quiz is yet to be published you can see the option to Edit. If you click on edit you will be redirected to the Quiz Details page. If you need to edit anything you can do so here and save the changes by clicking on the update button.

      • Delete- The option to delete will only be available if you have not published your quiz yet. If you click on delete your unpublished quiz will be permanently removed from the Quiz manager page. If your Quiz is in rejected status then you will get the option to delete it. However, if you want to delete the rejected quiz you have to 1st delete all the questions from the quiz and then only you will be able to delete it.

      • Resubmit- If your Quiz is rejected you will get the option to resubmit. However, you have to check the reason for rejection 1st and resolve the issue. Once the issues are resolved you can click on resubmit button to send your quiz for further review.

Filtering of Quizzes:

After creating the quizzes you can find the details of the Quizzes you have created and submitted under the Quiz section of the page.

Status: You will be able to filter your Quizzes according to their status using this filter.

Exam Type: You can also filter quizzes according to their Exam types (SSC, Railway, Banking etc.

Difficulty Level: You can filter out Quizzes exams according to the difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Difficult) of the test questions.

Subjects: You can also filter out Quizzes according to the subjects of the Quizzes. The subjects of the quizzes will be as per the exam syllabus of an exam based on which the quiz was made.
