Practice Sets are free products created by coachings. The practice sets are created to help the students to do a complete study of each subject of various exams. Creating practice sets and availing them to the students for free will help the coaching to attract more students. It will help in the overall engagement of the coaching and also improve coaching's rating if the Practice Set is of great quality. Apart from that, you can digitize your method of teachings by creating Practice Sets instead of printing booklets containing a multitude of pages. An online Practice Set need to created once without the further expense of printing paper yet can be accessed and attempted by thousands of students.
This page provides information on already added practice sets and helps to create new practice sets under your Coaching Dashboard. This page plays a major role in creating and managing the practice set you add to your coaching.
At the very top, there will be three options showing the number of Practice sets, Chapters and Questions in practice sets. This will help you in keeping a track of all new and old practice sets added to your coaching. Let's have a look at the options:
Total No of Practice Set – This option, shows the number of all the practice sets you have added under your coaching from day one till the present day.
Total Number of Chapters- This option, shows how many chapters you have covered in all your practice sets.
Total No Of Questions in all Practice Sets- Under this option, you will see the total number of questions added in all your practice sets.
Under the Overview, there is the section of Practice Sets. The practice sets section has all the major functionalities.
Practice Sets: Under this option, the name of the practice set is displayed.
Exam Type: Under this option, you will find the information about the exam type (SSC, Banking, Railway) related to which, you have created the Practice Set.
Total Subject(s): Under this option, you will see the number of subjects covered in each practice set.
Total Chapter(s)- Under this option, you will see the number of chapters that are covered in each practice set.
Total Question(s)- Under this option, you will see the number of questions added within each practice you have created.
Status- Under this option, you can understand the status of your practice sets in Admisure’s platform. There are five options under status.
Under Process – If your Practice set is under process, this means you are still working on your practice set. You are still in process of further editing it.
Completed- If your practice set is in Completed status, this would mean you have finished creating or editing your Test. However, you have not published it yet.
In review- If your practice set is In-review, this means you have completed creating your practice set and you have published it from your side. However, it is currently being check by team Admisure to find out if there is any further scope of improvement within your practice set.
Rejected- If your practice set is in rejected status, this means the Admisure team have found there are more than one scope of improvement in your practice sets. You will have to work on your practice sets to improve them further and resubmit for review.
Live- If your practice set is in Live status, this would mean your practice set is being reviewed and accepted by Team Admisure. It is now available in your coaching.
Expired- If your practice set has Expired, this would mean your practice set was available for the use, of your aspirants. However, the validity period of your practice set with Admisure is over and it would no longer be available to your aspirants.
Actions- Under this option you will see a button that is indicating an action you can perform for your practice set.
Continue Adding- If the button indicated Continue Adding this would mean your practice set can be edit or add questions to it to complete it.
Completed- This indiacte you have finished creating the test however the Test package
Check Details- If the button indicates Check Details it means the practice set is in review and you can not make any changes in it like editing or adding questions into your practice set.
View Analytics- If the button indicates the View Analytics, 📉 this would mean the practice set is live and aspirants can access it. On basis of the number of aspirants viewing and attempting your practice set you will see an engagement report.
Check Reason- If your practice set is under Rejected status you will get the Check Reason button under action. If you click on the Check reason button you will be redirected Check Reason page to check the reason for rejection of the practice sets. You can edit the practice sets and submit it for review.
There are three options to filter the practice sets. Just beside the add Practice set button, you will see three fields; Select Status, Exam Type, Difficulty Level. Using these three options you can filter and sort your practice sets.
Select Status: If you want to filter your practice set according to their status. You can use this option. If you click on this field you can select the various status (Under Process, Completed, In Review, Rejected, Live, Expired). You can select your desired status and find out practice sets in that particular status.
Exam Type: If you want to filter your practice sets as per exam type, you can do using this option. If you click on this field you can select your desired exam type (SSC, Banking, Railway, GATE PE, Engineering). You can click on the particular exam type by which you want to filter your practice sets and you will see all the practice sets with the same exam type.
Difficulty Level: You can filter your practice sets as per Difficulty Level. If you click on this field you will see various kinds of difficulty levels (Easy, Medium, Hard). Click on your desired difficulty level and you will be able to see the practice sets having questions of the same difficulty level.
