The Payouts page plays a vital role in processing your payments and helps you with the report of your earnings and refunds. You can track your earnings made from various products. You can revisit your revenue generation report from time to time which will help you understand which kind of product generates more revenue. This will help you to bring more of such products in future to boost your sales. You can also track the transaction records made by Admisure into your bank for clearance of various payment.
This will also give you an insight into products that were least sold and you can avoid any kind of investment in bringing those kinds of product.
At the top of the page, there are three options; Last Month Earning, Non-Withdrawal Amount, Withdrawal Amount.
Last Month Earning- Under this option, you will see how much revenue have you earned in the previous month.
Non-Withdrawal Amount- This is the amount of revenue generated in the last 96 hours. This amount remains on hold for 96 hours to address any request for a refund made by an aspirant.
Admisure provides quality assurance to the aspirants. If an aspirant has purchased a product available in your coaching dashboard but did not like it. They can claim a 100% refund of their purchase hence the review amount of any new sales is kept on hold for 96 hours. In case there is a claim for a refund. The full purchase amount will be returned to the aspirant. In such a case, the Non-withdrawal amount will not change to a withdrawal amount. However, if there are no refund claims from your students the amount will be converted to a withdrawal amount.
Example- If an aspirant has purchased your test package on 4th March 2020 at 11:45 am the revenue amount for that particular sale will be shown under Non- Withdrawal Amount till 8th March, 11:45 am. Post that period the amount will be automatically moved to the Withdrawal Amount.
Withdrawal Amount- This is the amount that can be withdrawn or the amount for which you can claim payment. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1000. You can claim payment only thrice in a particular month.
This is an indicating meter to show you how much more you have to earn to be claim payment from Admisure. it will show your earning process in the Payment Threshold section in terms of percentage. Once the threshold is full and the earning reaches 100% you can claim payment.
Once you reach 50% of the payment threshold you will be asked to submit your Bank Details, for processing payment. The Bank Details button will auto-populate by the right-hand side of the Revenue Details. You can click on the button to submit your details.

Once you reach 100% of the payment threshold you will be asked to submit your Govt ID Documents for verification purpose and to claim your final payment.
Once your payment threshold reaches 100% you can claim your payme nt after verifying your details with Admisure. The Request Payout button can found under the Withdrawal Amount option at the top right-hand corner.
If you click on the Request Payout button you will be redirected to the Payout Request page. This page will have a three-section showing details of the revenue you have earned.
You will see the Date box the date of the revenue generation and will be displayed.
After the Date section, there will be the Details section Test Package. There will be three options:
Package Name: This will show the name of the package sold.
Quantity: This will show the number of packages sold.
Settled Amount: This will show the amount that is payable to the coaching who created the product. This amount will be the final amount after deducting all the taxes and payment processing fee.
After the Details section, there will be Pass Section. There will be three options:
Package Name: This will show the name of the Pass type sold.
Quantity: This will show the number of Passes sold.
Settled Amount: This will show the amount that is payable to the coaching who created the product. This amount will be the final amount after deducting all the taxes and payment processing fee.
Below the pass section, there will Taxes & Total Earning:
Taxes: Under this section, the calculation of all tax deduction will be shown.
Total Earning: In this section, the amount payable to coachings after deduction of all taxes will be shown.
In this section, there will be details of the month-wise revenue you have earned. By default, there will date of revenue earned in the last 6 months however, you can customize the period of view the bar graph report of the earnings. At the right-hand side of the Revenue details, besides the Revenue Details header, there is an option to select a custom date to view the report of your earnings. You can select a particular start date and end date of viewing the report and the earning report will be displayed accordingly.
Under this section, you will see payout details of the past. There will be six option under the Transaction History section. The sections are as follows:
Date & Time- Under this option, you will see the date and time when a previous payout was credited to your account. You can also see your payout requests under this section however, in that case, you will see the payout request date.
Transaction Type- Here you will see the type of bank transfer, NEFT, IMPS etc.
Transaction ID- This is an ID provided by the bank to identify each transaction that you are making.
Account Details- Here you will see the details of the bank account in which your payment is credited.
Sold Quantity- Under this option, you will see the cumulative number of test packages and passes sold from your coaching dashboard.
Amount- Under this option, you will see the amount of revenue you have earned from the sale of both Test Packages and Passes.
Action- Under this option, there will be a button View Invoice. If you click on view invoice you will see the details of the old payment along with the sales report.

Under the Transaction History section, at the right-hand corner beside the Transaction History header, there will be an option of filtering by Transaction History and Payout Request.
If you want to filter out your data with Transaction History you will only see payout data that are already credited. However, if you click on Payout Request from the drop-down you will see the details of the payout that you have created and the revenue has not yet been credited.
By the side of the filter is the Export Excel button. If you want to download the transaction history data in an excel file you have to simply click on the Export Excel button and the data will be downloaded.
