Coaching Public Profile

My Coaching plays a vital role in your journey with Admisure. This is the key page that your students 👩‍🎓 will visit to check 👁️‍🗨️ the information about your coaching and the product you are offering. This page will provide insight into the Products you offer, Student engagement, and Rating of your coaching. Apart from that this page has a host of functions such as adding a banner, logo, adding sections and sub-sections to display your product. You can enjoy full control of customizing the view of your own coaching page. You can also get various social media share buttons on this page so that your student can share your coaching page with ease.

This page has multiple sections displaying various products offered by the coaching and information about your brand. Let’s have a look at the functions of the page in detail:

Adding Banner

My coaching page helps in creating visual appeal 🌠 for the aspirants by enabling the coaching institutes and educators to upload images 🌄 relevant to aspirants and their brand. At the very top of the page coaching institutes and educators can upload multiple images. Uploading relevant images in the banner will add to visual appeal towards your brand and aspirants will be more interested 👍 in viewing your page.

Steps to Upload Image

Click on the Edit button at the right-hand corner of the banner image section. A new pop-up will appear.
Check the recommended resolution for the image.
Click on the Select File button to select an image from your system.
Click on the Upload button after selecting the image.
Your image will be uploaded successfully and will reflect in the banner.

Steps To Create Slider In Banner

To create a slider in the banner you have to upload multiple images in the banner section.
Follow the steps to upload image in the banner to upload as many images you want in the banner.
Click 🖱️ on Edit once the pop-up appears you can click on the Available Slide button at the top right. You can find all the images you have added to create a slide in your banner.
Below each image, you will find a delete button. If you want to remove any image you can click on delete 🚫 and the image will be removed 🚫 from the banner slide.

Suggestion

To add charm to your banner we suggest you, upload digitally created banners or images, that are taken by professionals.📸
If your banner does not look professional and attractive aspirants may not like to visit your coaching page.
It should also be kept in mind that you have to upload high-resolution 🤓 images to prevent your images from getting pixelated post uploading in the banner section.

Note: You can download a sample image as a reference for the banner from the download icon beside the Available Slider button.

Logo Uploading

Apart from the slider in the banner, you can also upload your logo💬. We suggest you create an interesting 🤓 logo that would add brand value and help to attract 🧲 or retain aspirants to your brand.

Steps to Upload Logo

Hover your cursor 🖱️ over the logo section. The Edit Photo 📝 option will appear.
Click on the camera 📸 icon above Edit Photo. You will get a pop-up to upload ↕️a logo.
Check the recommended resolution for the logo.
Create an eye-catching logo and select the file from your system 💻 to upload.
Click on the Upload button ↕️ to finish uploading your brand Logo.

Steps to Change Your Logo

To change your Logo you can follow the process of uploading the logo and upload a new one.
Once you upload, a new logo the old one will be automatically removed. 🚫

Note: If you are not sure what kind of logo you want to create you can download a sample logo for reference from the Download ⬇️ sample button in the top right-hand corner of the image uploading pop-up.

Coaching Details

Under the Banner and Logo sections, there will be other options that provide information about your coaching. The details are as follows:

First, the Name of your coaching institute would be there.

Verification Batch: 👁️‍🗨️

Just beside the name, there is the icon of verification. if your coaching is verified there will be a blue tick visible.

Rating: 🌟

There will be a section of rating as well just beside the name of your coaching. Aspirants who have attempted your tests will be able to rate your Test Series, Practice sets and Quizzes as per which your coaching rating will be decided. The quality of your product will invite great ratings, which will, in turn, boost your brand goodwill among aspirants.

Note: Coachings can not be rated directly.

Followers: 👍

Under the rating and name of the coaching, you will see the number of followers. Your coaching page can be followed by aspirants who like your product. You can find the number of followers under the name of your coaching. The Follow button can be seen at the right-hand side corner of the page beside the coaching name.

Buy Pass: 🔑

By the side of the Follow button, you will also see the Buy Pass button. Your aspirants can click on the Buy Pass button all the passes activated in your coaching dashboard will be visible. They can choose a pass and make a direct purchase.

Students Enrolled: 👩‍🎓

Just below the number of Followers, there will be the Total number of students connected with your coaching institute. Connected aspirants are those who have either purchased a Pass or Test package or Attempted a Test, Practice set or Quiz available in your coaching dashboard.

Products: 🗃️

Besides the number of students, there will be, number of test series, practice chapter and quizzes that you have added under your coaching dashboard.

On the right-hand side of the page beside Quizzes, you will find Social media share options. Your coaching institute’s public profile can be shared with aspirants over popular social media like WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Gmail and Copy Link in Clipboard option will also be available.
