Feature and Functionalities.

Once you log in with your coaching or educator’s login details you will see your coaching dashboard. At the top of the coaching dashboard, you will see the name of the Coaching Administrator. If you click over the name, you will get four option underneath it. The options are My Profile, Coaching Details, Change Password, Log Out.

My Profile

This page contains all the information regarding the Administrator of the Coaching. The details are for official use only. The page is important for establishing business communication between Admisure and the coaching administrator. This page has two section Administrator details and Status.

Note: We do not sell or exchange this information under any given circumstances.

Administrator Details

Administrator details will contain all your personal information like Name, Address, contact number, email, city-state, zip code, country etc. From the section of Administrator's details, you can edit and update your details and save the details by clicking on the Save button at the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

Note: The address, email id and personal contact number are generally collected for various business communication or delivery of rewards (certificates or goodies) or communication regarding future business plans.

Status

Under status, you will see a button saying CopyRight Status & Deactivate Account button.

CopyRight Status- This is where you can find any copyright notice you have received. This means if we receive a report stating your product was copied from someone else, we will send a warning notification regarding the same. If your coaching receives three copyright strike your coaching account will be suspended. If you feel the copyright strike was wrong you can appeal to Admisure for reversal of such claims within 72 hours of the copyright strike.

Deactivate Account- If at any point in time you feel like deactivating your account you can do so by clicking on Deactivate Account button. You have to state the reason for deactivating your account and click on the Proceed To Deactivate button. However, if you have done it by mistake you can log in back with the user name and password your account will be activated again.

Coaching Details

The coaching details page hold huge importance in configuring the platform for your usage. All the information about your coaching is to be found here. There will be information like, subjects covered by coaching, contact details, etc, which will help the coaching operate with Admisure.

Coaching Name- We suggest you choose your coaching name carefully which will professional one to grab the attention of the students. You must keep in mind that the coaching name would be the first thing that a student will notice and will create the first impression in the student's mind. Hence the name should be an impactful one to which your students can relate.

How can I change my coaching Name?

The coaching name can be changed from the coaching details page. The very 1st option on the coaching details page is the name of the coaching. If you want to change the name of your coaching edit the name and from the Coaching Details page.

Exam Type- This is the information of the exam conducting body or the name of the organization conducting different exams. If you add a new Exam type going forward you will be able to add Test Packages, Practice Sets, & Quizzes related to the exams conducted by those exam conducting bodies on the Admisure platform.

Note: If you want to remove an exam type (SSC, RRB, Banking etc) you have to make sure there is no question, test package, practice set or Quiz added in your Admisure coaching that is related to that particular exam type. If you have a product related to the exam type you will not be able to remove it.

How can I add a new exam type?

To add a new exam type you can go to the coaching details page and add a new exam type in the exam type field. Save the changes and you will be able to add a new exam as per the new exam type.

Managed By- This is the name of the administrator who manages your coaching with Admisure.

Coaching Type- This will indicate if the coaching is of an individual educator or a business. According to the type of coaching, there could be different terms and conditions applicable for usage of Admisure's platform. However there no such huge difference in usage policy except tax payable for business accounts and documents required to verify their identity.

Note: If you want to convert your coaching type from individual to business you can do so by sending an email to Admisure support ie. support@admisure.com.

Beneficiary- The beneficiary is the person who would receive the revenue earned from the sales of various product that the coaching has created. Setting up beneficiary name is important in order to authenticate the person who would receive payment on behalf of the coaching or individual educator.

Phone Number & Student Support Email ID- The email address and phone number are collected for communication regarding issues with the products. However, these details are only be shared with your students in case they are reporting repeated issues.

Address, Zip code, State, Country, City- These are information of the physical location of the coaching institute from where you operate. This is generally collected for verification of the identity of the coaching. However, if you have online coaching only you can just mention the city and state of operation rest of the information is not mandatory.

Change Password

If you wish to change the password you have created while registering for the first time you can do so from this page.

  • There will be three fields on this page, Old password, New Password, Retype Password.

  • To change your password you have to type your old password in the Old Password’s field.

  • Type the new password on the New Password field and they retype it in the Retype Password field.

  • Just beside the Retype Password field, there will be the Change Password button. Click on the Change Password button and your password will be changed.

Forgot Password

In case you forget your password and can't log in, you can retrieve your password. While you try to sign in, under the password field there will be Forgot Your Password option.

  • Click on the Forgot Your Password option and you will be asked to put your registered email.

  • Put your email registered email id over in this field and click on the Send button. You will receive a link to change your password to your registered email address.

  • Follow the link to change your password.

  • After creating a new password log in with the new password.
