How to change the section name from my coaching?
Hover your cursor over your section name and click on the pencil icon to change the section name. Have you had a chance to answer the previous question?
How to change the section display order?
Hover your cursor over your section name and click on the pencil icon. Select a number from the display order drop-down and save it to change it.
How to change the product display order?
Take your cursor over the product you want to move and just drag it to the position you want it to be displayed. Drop the product and the display order will change.
How to change my coaching logo?
Take your cursor over the logo and click on Edit Photo to change the logo. For more details refer to the My Coaching page.
How to add a banner to my coaching?
Take your cursor over the banner and click on the Edit option to add a banner. For more details refer to the My Coaching page.
How to add products in my coaching?
You can add a product by clicking on the Add New Product button. For details check Home under My Coaching.
How many products can be displayed on my coaching?
There is no limit to displaying products.
How to add a new faculty to my coaching“About”?
You can add a new faculty by clicking on the Add button on the Faculty Details section of About within My Coaching. For details check About under My Coaching.
How to add a new section in the home of my coaching?
You can add a section on the Home section, by clicking on the Add New Section button on the top left. For details check Home under My coaching.
How to remove the product display section from my coaching?
You can remove a product from display by simply clicking on the Remove button above the product.
What is the use of Social buttons?
The Coaching and educators can share their public page with their students over social media with the help of the Social media buttons.
How My Coaching’s ratings will be calculated?
The Coaching ratings are based on the overall rating of the product coaching has created. However, the student can only rate a product if he has attempted a Test from Test Package.
How to remove a Practice Set from my Practice Set section of My Coaching?
You can remove a practice set you have to take your cursor over the practice set you want to remove. Click on the Remove button and confirm you want to remove it.
How to delete a faculty?
You can delete a faculty you have to take your cursor over the faculty you want to remove and click on it. Confirm that you want to delete & the faculty will no longer be available.
How to change the display order of a product?
Just drag the product and drop it in the position you want it to be displayed and the product display order will be changed.
How many sections can be added to my coaching?
You can add any number of sections you want. There is no restriction on the number of sections.
Why is the relevance filter not clickable?
The relevance filter is not clickable because the products are already displayed as per relevance. Relevance is the display order of the product that coaching has pre-defined.
Where will a newly created test package be displayed on my coaching?
A new Test package or practice set or quiz is always displayed at the last in the order. However, you can drag and drop it at the front to change the display order.
How to add a new exam type to the Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section of My Coaching?
To add a new exam type in the Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section of My Coaching click on the Add New Exam Type button at the top left of each section. For details check Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section.
How to remove an exam type from the Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section of My Coaching?
To delete an exam type from the Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section of My Coaching hover the cursor over the Exam Type name and click on the remove button. For details check the Test Package, Practice Set or Quiz section
