Knowing the engagement of your product is an amazing feature provided by Admisure. This feature ensures coachings to understand the likability of their products. If your product is quickly gaining popularity this would mean the product is helpful for the students and you can make a similar product to earn more. This will also help you in establishing a brand name and goodwill.
The engagement page shows the number of aspirants that are attempting, Test Series, Practice set or Quizzes. At the top of the page, there are three options; Total Engagement, Engagement In Last 7 Days & Engagement In Last 30 Days.
Total Engagement- Under this option, you will see the total number of aspirants engaged in your product.
Engagement In Last 7 Days- Under this option, you will see the number of aspirants that are engaged with your coaching or brand within the last 7 days.
Under this option, there will be three sub-options; Test series, Practice Set and Quiz. There will be a separate count provided for aspirants who are engaged in your coaching by attempting your Tests Series, Practice set and Quizzes in the last 7 days.
Engagement In Last 30 Days- Under this option, you will see the number of aspirants who are engaged with your coaching or brand within the last 30 days.
Under this option, there will be three sub-options; Test series Practice Set and Quiz. There will be a separate count provided for aspirants who are engaged in your coaching by attempting your Tests Series, Practice set and Quizzes in the last 30 days.
The filter provided on the Engagement page is to help you find an analysis of engagement on various product from time to time. You will understand the recent product trend and will help you in improving products that are getting the least engagements. This is not an analytical page but an insight into your product development and product planning for the future.
Below the overview section, there would be the filtering options. You can check the engagement report as per the selection of Product Type and Product Name.
Below the filtering option, there is an Engagement section where you can view the report in the graph. The graphical representation of engagement data will be displayed according to the options selected in the filter.
The graphs are colour coded Dark Blue for Test Series, Light orange for Practice Sets and Grey for Quizzes.
Custom Date Filter: Under the two filtering option in the right-hand corner, there is another field (Custom Date). Using the custom date you can select a time window based on which you want to see the engagement report. You have to select the date and click on apply the graph report will change automatically. The graph shown by default will be of the last 6months.
