Features and Functionalities
The Test Package is the premium and main product created by coachings. All Test packages are saleable and generally have an expiry at Admisure's platform. Admisure has provided coaching ready to use tools to create a Test Package in a few minutes. A single Test Package may contain hundreds of Tests, relating to more than one exam. However, coachings must be mindful of creating Tests of exam combination that is relevant to the student. They should not make absurd exam combinations that entrants do not feel is relevant choices. Like a combination, of JEE Mains with SSC GD & IBPS RRB. Let's have a look at the steps to create Test Packages, however, the steps are explained in brief if you want in-depth knowledge you can read the associated Details page:
Steps To Create Test Package
To create a test package first click on the Add Test Package button on the Package section of the Test Series Manager page.
You will be redirected to Add Test Package Details page.
Fill in the details in the Add Test Package form.
Package Name: Select a Test Package name. We suggest you, create a practice set name that is related to the exam and subject you are covering in your practice set.
Exam Type: Select the exam type from the dropdown. Exam type is the information regarding conducting body of a particular exam (SSC, Banking Railway etc).
Exam Name- It is the name of the exam for which you are intending to create the test.
Language- Select the language of your Test Package from the language dropdown. However, you can not make a bilingual practice set. You have to create the practice set in a single language only. If you want to create your Test Package in Hindi select Hindi language and if you want to create a Test Package in English select the English language.
Package Details- It is the description of the test package. Test packages can be based on various subjects of one exam type or can be based on multiple exams. You have to write four lines at least describing the test.
Package Features- It is the nature of the package you have created. Here you can describe the perks and benefits of taking the test. Also how flexible the test is in terms of language, mobile accessibility or if aspirants can attempt the test only once or multiple times etc can be described here, in 5 to 6 lines.
Package Validity- It is the time period for which the Test Package will remain available in Admisure's platform for the students. There are two types of validity you can set. You have to select one and set it accordingly.
Set Validity- If you choose Set Validity you will be able to set the validity of the Test Package in terms of the number of days. In such a case entrant can enjoy access to the test package for the particular number of days that are predefined as validity of the Test Package.
Set Expiry- If you choose Set Expiry the Test Package will expire
on a particular date that is predefined by coaching as Test Package expiry date. In such a case entrant can enjoy access to the test package up till the predefine expiry date.
Package Image- The package image is the image that will be displayed as the image for the test package. We recommend putting an image that is relatable to the exams that are being covered in the test package.
Price Setting- Here you have to put the price for the Test Package.
Product Price- This is the selling price of the test package as decided by the coaching.
Discounted Price- This is the price of the test package after applying a discount offer by the coaching.
More Options- Here you have to select an option to sell your test package. You have to select any one sales method out of four options: Normal Buy, Sale Through Share & Unlock, Sale Through Pass, Make This Free.
SEO Options- Filling the SEO option is not mandatory however it is very important. If you set the SEO option right the visibility or chances of being found by students in search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc, will be better than a normal Test Package without SEO option. There will be three options in this section.
SEO Title- In this field, we suggest you, write the name of the exam for which you are preparing the practice set. The SEO Title should have a word that is popularly searched by aspirants. As the exam names are popularly searched in Google, Yahoo or Bing. It would also help aspirants to understand which exam is the practice set related to.
Description- You must add a description of your Test Package. We suggest you, add some of the popularly searched words relating to the exam or exam type, into your description. This will help your aspirants to find your practice set easily in search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Keywords- These are words related to your exam that are popularly searched. You can use up to 5 keywords related to the exam you are covering in your practice set. You can use exam type, exam name etc as keywords.
Once you are done filling in all the details on the page you can click on the create button. You will be redirected to the Practice set manager page.
You will be able to see the Test Package you just created, under the Test Package section of the Test Series Manager page.
You will find the Test Package you created under the Packages section. Under the action option, you will see there is a Continue Adding button.
If you click on the continue button you will be redirected to the Test manager page.
After the test package is created it's time to create Tests and add them to the Test Package
