Passes are the gateway to access all premium products of the particular coaching. If your student purchases pass of your coaching they will be able to gain access to all your premium and free products for a particular time window.
Why are passes used?
Passes are used mainly to give bulk access benefit of premium products to the students.
What are the types of passes Admisure offers to the coaching?
There are four types of passes available with Admisure; Sure, Sure Plus, Suer Pro & Sure Premium.
How can I check how many passes are added to my coaching?
You can check the number of passes added to your coaching on the overview section of the Pass Manager Page.
How to add a pass to my coaching?
To add a Pass to your coaching go to the pass manager page and click on the Add pass button. Follow the instructions and add the pass. For details check the Functions of Pass manager page.
How to check the status of a pass?
The status of the pass can be checked from under status in the Pass section of the Pass Manager page.
Can I stop sales of a particular pass temporarily?
Yes, you can put the sale of a pass on hold to stop it temporarily. For details check the Function of Pass Manager.
If I add a new test package to my coaching will a student already using a pass be able to access it?
If you add a new test package to your coaching, a student who has already purchased your pass will be able to access it.
How can I add passes to my coaching?
You can add a pass to your coaching by clicking on the Add Pass Button. For details check the Functions of Pass Manager page.
Why passes button is not available on my coaching page?
You have to at least have 5 premium products to be able to enable pass on your coaching page.
Where are the passes being displayed for my students?
Passes are visible on the right-hand side of your coaching page.
Apart from the coaching page is there any other pages from where my student can purchase passes?
Yes, the passes can be purchased from the Pass section of your coaching page.
