How to add a New Quiz?

To add a new Quiz Manager click on the Add Quiz button from the Quiz Manager page on the Quiz section.

How to find the total number of Quizzes I have added to my coaching?

At the top of the Quiz manager page, there will be an overview page. You will be able to see the count of the Quizzes that you have added to your coaching.

What does the various status of Quiz mean?

The different status of your Quiz indicates the progress of the Quiz creation and what further action is required for it. For detailed information on each Quiz status and its meaning check the Quiz Manager page.

Can I add validity to a Quiz?

Quizzes are free products hence there is no validity added to them.

How can you stop students from viewing a Quiz?

You can un-publish a Quiz and it won’t be visible to students anymore.

How to delete a Quiz?

You can delete the Quiz from the Quiz manager page. There will be three dots beside each test package. If you click on that you will get an option to delete the Quiz. However, you must keep in mind a Live Quiz cannot be deleted. A Quiz under review cannot be deleted. To delete a Quiz you have to remove the questions within the Quiz.

How to edit a Quiz?

A Quiz can be edited till the point it's not submitted for review or it has not been approved as Live. You will get a button indicating various tasks under the Action option of the Quiz section on the Quiz Manager page. For more details check the Add Quizzes page.

What is the function of the filters on the Quiz Manager page?

You can filter out your Quizzes according to their exam type, status or other aspects by using filters available on the Quiz Manager page. To know more follow the Quiz Manager page.

How to Add Questions to Quiz?

To add a Question you have to create the Quiz first and then click on the Under Process button beside your newly created Quiz. The under process button will be under the Action option on the Quiz Manager page. There are three ways of adding questions, to know more check Add Questions page.

How many questions can I add to my Quiz?

You can add any number of questions to your Quiz there is no limit.

How to delete a question from my Quiz?

You can edit or delete a question from the questions page. There will be a remove and edit icon you can click in them to remove or edit questions within your Quizzes.

How to add questions to my Quiz from the Question Vault?

You can add questions from the question vault by selecting the option Select Question from Question Vault. For details check the Add Questions page.

How to add questions to my Quiz by Importing From an excel file?

You can add questions from the XLS file by clicking on Import From excel. For details refer to the Add Questions page.

How to add questions to my Quiz Manually?

To add questions manually you have to manually type the questions one by one. For details check Add Question page.

How do I publish my Quiz?

Once you are done adding the questions to your quiz can go back to the Quiz Manager page. Under the action option, you will find the Publish now button, click on it to publish your quiz. For details check Publish Quiz page.

What happens if my Quiz is rejected?

Do not worry if your quiz is rejected. The issues with the Quiz will be highlighted by Admisure and you can correct them and Re-submit your Quiz.

How to resubmit my Quiz?

To re-submit the rejected Quiz you have to edit all the issues in it and submit it. For details check the Re-Submissions page.
