How to change the coaching name?

The coaching name can be changed from the coaching details page. The very 1st option on the coaching details page is the name of the coaching. If you want to change the name of your coaching edit the name and from the Coaching Details page.

Is it mandatory to put my full address in my profile?

No, it is not mandatory to provide the full details. As we have non-geographical educators as well. We just recommend putting the city, state in the operational area.

You can check the copyright strikes from CopyRight Status under the option Status.

How to deactivate my account?

To deactivate your account you have to go to Deactivate Account under Status.

Is it possible to edit any details that I have added to my coaching?

Yes, it is possible to edit the details of your coaching and put new details. For details check Manage Account Page.

How do I change the password of my account?

You can change your password under the Manage Account section from the Change Password page. For details check the Manage Account page.

How can I retrieve my account? I have forgotten my password?

In case you forget your password and can't log in, you can retrieve your password. While you try to sign in, under the password field there will be a Forgot Your Password option. For details check the Manage Account page.

Who is a beneficiary?

A beneficiary is the one who would receive all the payment from Admisure for the sake of all the products.

How to add a beneficiary?

You can add a beneficiary from under Manage Account to Coaching Details. For details check the Manage Account page.

How do I convert my coaching type from an individual?

You will not be able to convert your coaching type from your end. You have to send an email to support@admisure.com for processing the change.
