Guide to Resubmit Rejected Practice Set.

The Practice Set you have created is reviewed by Team Admisure to find any scope of improvement. In such a case, if Team Admisure finds any issue with your Practice Set it will be rejected. However, you need not worry about it you can still edit the issues with your Practice Set and resubmit it. Let's find out the list of possible issues that can be a cause of rejection:

• Spelling Error

• Inappropriate Question

• Improper Options

• Wrong Answer

• Inappropriate Solutions

• Inappropriate Exam Name

• Image Issue

• Span and Misleading

• Sexual Content

• Violent and Repulsive Content

• Hateful and Abusive Content

Apart from these, there can be other issues as well which are related to various sections of the Practice Set. However, you can edit the issues and resubmit the Practice Set. The quiz will be review by Team Admisure again to ensure the issues are resolved. If they find the issues are resolved your Practice Set will be Approved and will be found under Live status. In case the Practice Set is not edited properly it will be rejected again. You have to go through the same process of editing and resubmission to get your Practice Set approved.

There is no restriction on the number of resubmissions. However, resubmission over five times could be unfavorable for the account standing of your coaching. Hence we recommend you, take careful steps in editing the Rejected Practice Set.

Let's have a look into the process of resubmission:

Steps To Resubmit Rejected Practice Set

• First, check the button underneath Actions. If your Practice Set is rejected you will see the Check Reason button.

• Click on the Check Reason button to find out the reason for the rejection of the Practice Set. You will be redirected to the View Practice Set page.

• This page will have four sections; Practice Set Details, SEO Details, Practice Set Status & Contact Details. Check the Practice Set Status section carefully to find out the reason for rejection.

• Read the reason stated beside each issue found with the Practice Set.

• Click on the Edit button beside each reject reasons and make changes to fix the issue.

• Click on the Update button at the bottom of the Edit Question / SEO Options page.

• You will be redirected to the View Practice Set page again. Edit each issue one by one and click on the Update button each time to save the changes.

• After making all the changes go to the Practice Set Manager page. Hover your cursor over the three dots present beside the Check Reason button. You will find the option to Resubmit.

• Click on Resubmit and you will be redirected to the View Practice Set page again. Al the bottom of the View Practice Set page you will find two check box to accept the Terms & Conditions.

• After accepting the Terms & Conditions click on the Resubmit button at the bottom of the page.

• You will get a pop up to confirm that you want to submit the Practice Set for final review. Click on "Yes" to continue or if you have doubts review the Practice Set again by clicking on "No".

• If you are sure you have edited the Practice Set, click on the submit again you will be asked to confirm the submission twice. Click on "Yes" both the time and then click on the Continue button.

• You will be redirected to the Practice Set Manager page again.

• If your Practice Set is approved this time you will see the View Analytics button beside your Practice Set.

Note: As the Practice Set is approved and will be available for the usage of students, the View Analytics button is provided so that you can check the engagement of your Practice Set. If you click on the View Analytics button you will be taken to the Analytics page to find out how many students have attempted your Practice Set.
