Where can I find my sale and refund report?

You can find your sale and refund report on the sale and refund page under Analytics.

Why is a refund provided?

A refund is provided to students if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product they have purchased.

How long can we wait for students to claim a refund after they have purchased a product?

Refund will be processed only if the student has claimed it within 48 hrs of the purchase.

How do I check the engagement of my products?

You will be able to find a student engagement report on the Engagement page under Analytics.

Can I change the time frame of the engagement report?

Yes, you can change the time frame of the engagement report from the custom date filter available at the top right corner of the Engagement section.

How can I check the engagement report of the Test Package separately?

You can check the engagement of Test Package only if you select Test Package from the product type drop-down about Engagement Section.

Up till how many months’ reports can I visit?

You can find out max 6month’s report from under engagement.

How do I check the engagement of just one Test Package?

You can check the engagement of just one Test Package by using the product filter at the top of the Engagement section. To know more details check the Engagement page.

How can check the details of the Refund processed for my products?

You can check the details of all refunds processed from your account from the Refund page. To reach the refund page go to Sales and Refund and check at the top right-hand corner of the page there is a drop-down to select Refund. If you select refund it will redirect you to the Refund page.

How can check the refund report of just Passes?

You can use the product filter at the top Refund section of the Refund page.

How can view weekly, monthly or Yearly refund reports?

Yes, you can change the time frame of viewing the Refund report by using the customer date filter. Choose the desired time from the date filter and the report will be customized.

Who are the followers in my coaching?

Followers are the students that are following your coaching using the follow button on your coaching page.

How do I check my follower count and progress?

The number of followers and the growth in the number of followers can be found in the overview section of the Follower page.

`How are the followers important for my coaching?

If you have a good number of followers it creates goodwill in the mind of your future buyers also if the entrants are following you they will receive a notification whenever you add a new product and increase your sale and viability.

How do I check the report of flowers I have lost?

You can check the lost number of followers under the Follower section indicated by the yellow colour code. In a graphical bar.
