This page will contain details of Refunds provided to aspirants if there is any. The refund page will give you insight into products that are not very helpful for the student. You can keep a track of products that has got maximum number of refund claims. This is in turn help you understand and improve products that are not considered satisfactory by the students. Repeated refund claim can also lead to dissatisfaction among students impacting the overall reputation of the coaching.
Aspirants who buy your product have the right to ask for a refund of their money if they do not like your product after purchasing them. In such a case, aspirants will be provided with a full refund of the money they have paid for buying your product. However, aspirants will only have 48 hours to claim a refund for their purchase. After 48 hours they cannot claim a refund. However, Admisure holds the ultimate right to refund depending on the situation.
The Refund page has five sections. At the top of the page, there are three options:
Today’s Refund- Under this option, you will see if we had to process any refund to your aspirant on the present-day for any sale made in the last 48 hours.
Total Refund in Last 7 Days- Under this option, you will see if we have provided any refund to any of your aspirants in the last 7 days.
Total Refund in Last Month- Under this option, you will see if we have provided any refund to any of your aspirants in the last month.
In this section, you will be able to view an analytical report of the refund claims made by the student. The graphical representation is a powerful tool to understand the issue related to the products.
Under the refund report section, there will be the filtering section. You can filter your Refund report data by Product Type and Product Name. Click on the Product Type and select any of the saleable products (Test Series or Pass) and then select the Product Name from the Product Name field to filter the Refund report data.
Under the Refund section, the filtered data will be visible in form of a graph. The data in the graphical representation will be according to the options selected in the filtering section. You can also customize the period of viewing the Refund report.

Custom Date Filter: At the top right-hand corner of the Refund section, you will see the Custom Date field. You can click on the dropdown and select a start date and end date to view the data. Click on the Apply button and the Refund report will be displayed for the selected period in the graph.
