Add Practice Sets
Steps To Create Practice Sets.
Coachings can add numerous Practice Sets for the usage of their students. Adding a Practice Sets facilitate coachings to attract more students as it is a free product but effective in preparing them for their exams.
To add a practice set you need to click on Add Practice Set button. Check the Practice Set Manager page to find Add Practice Set button, on the right-hand side of the Practice Set section on the page. Click on the button and you will be redirected to the Add Practice Set page.
Steps to Add Practice Set:
Click on the Add Practice Set button from the Practice Set Section of the Practice Set Manager page.
You will be redirected to Add Practice Set page.
Fill in all the details of the Practice Set:
Practice Set Name: Select a practice set name. We suggest you, create a practice set name that is related to the exam and subject you are covering in your practice set.
Practice Set Description- Write about the features of your practice set in a few lines on this field.
Exam Type: Select the exam type from the dropdown. Exam type is the information regarding conducting body of a particular exam (SSC, Banking Railway etc).
Subject: In this field, you have to mention the subject that you are covering in the Practice set.
Difficulty Level- You have to select the difficulty level of the questions in your practice set. There will be three options; Easy, Medium, Hard. You have to select one and set the questions in your practice set accordingly.
Faculty- Add the name of the faculty who is creating the practice set. However, adding a faculty name is not mandatory. If you add the faculty name you will be able to manage the Practice set in a better way.
Language- Select the language of your practice set from the language dropdown. However, you can not make a bilingual practice set. You have to create the practice set in a single language only. If you want to create your Practice set in Hindi select Hindi language and if you want to create a practice set in English select the English language.
SEO Options- Filling the SEO option is not mandatory however it is very important. If you set the SEO option right the visibility or chances of being found by students in search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc, will be better than a normal Practice Set without SEO option. There will be three options in this section.
SEO Title- In this field, we suggest you, write the name of the exam for which you are preparing the practice set. The SEO Title should have a word that is popularly searched by aspirants. As the exam names are popularly searched in Google, Yahoo or Bing. It would also help aspirants to understand which exam is the practice set related to.
Description- You must add a description of your practice set. We suggest you, add some of the popularly searched words relating to the exam or exam type, into your description. This will help your aspirants to find your practice set easily in search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Keywords- These are words related to your exam that are popularly searched. You can use up to 5 keywords related to the exam you are covering in your practice set. You can use exam type, exam name etc as keywords.
Once you are done filling in all the details on the page you can click on the create button. You will be redirected to the Practice set manager page.
You will be able to see the Practice set you just created under the Practice Sets section of the Practice Set Manager page.

What's Next?
You will be redirected to the Practice Set manager page after you click on the create Practice Set button.
To add questions to your Practice Set you have to click on the Continue Adding button beside the Practice Set that you have just created.
If you click on continue adding. You will reach the Chapter Details page.
You have to Add a New Chapter and then add questions. Click on Add Chapter button and you will be redirected to Add Chapter page.
Fill in the chapter details and click on Create button.
You will be redirected to the chapters page under action you will see the Continue Adding button, to add questions.
Once you reach there you will find three options to Add Questions to your Practice Set.
Once you finish adding questions to your Practice set and click on the Finish Practice Set button.
You will be redirected to the Practice Set Manager page again. Here you have to now click on the Publish Now button beside the recently create Practice Set Name.
Follow the instruction once you click on Publish Now button to complete publishing the Practice Set.
Managing Practice Set: 📝
Post adding of question the Practice Set will be available in the Practice Set Manage page under the Practice Set section. You will find Publish now button on the right-hand side of the Practice Set. Just beside the publish now button, there will be three dots available. If you click on the three dots you will be able to Go to questions, View, Edit and Delete your Practice Set.
f you want to go to the questions page you can click on Go To Question.
If you click on View 👁️🗨️ you would be able to see details of the Practice Set.
If you click on Edit the Edit Practice Set Details page will open up. You can make changes to the Practice Set details. Once you are done changing the details click on the Update 👍 button to save the changes.
If you click on the Delete button 🛑 your Practice Set will be deleted from under your coaching dashboard.
However, if your Practice Set has chapters and questions added to it you have to delete the questions first and then the chapter to be able to delete the Practice Set.
