How to add a Practice Set?

To add a new Practice Set click on the Add Practice Set button from the Practice Set manager page on the Practice Set section.

How can I check how many practice sets I have added to my coaching?

At the top of the Practice Set manager page, there will be an overview page. You will be able to see the count of the Practice sets that you have added to your coaching.

What does the various status of Practice Set mean?

The different status of your Practice Sets indicates the progress of the Practice Sets creation and what further action is required for it. For detailed information on each Test Package status and its meaning check the Practice Sets page.

Can I add validity to a Practice Set?

Practice sets are free products hence there is no validity added to them.

How can stop students from viewing a Practice Set?

You can un-publish a practice set and it won’t be visible to students anymore.

How to delete a Practice Set?

You can delete the Practice Set from the Practice Set manager page. There will be three dots beside each test package. If you click on that you will get an option to delete the Practice Set. However, you must keep in mind a Live Practice Set cannot be deleted. A Practice Set under review cannot be deleted. To delete a Practice Set you have to remove the chapters within the Practice Set.

How to edit a Practice Set?

A Practice set can be edited till the point it's not submitted for review or it has already been approved as Live. You will get a button indicating various tasks under the Action option of the Practice set section on the Practice Set Manager page. For more details check the Add Practice Set page.

What is the function of the filters on the Practice Set Manager page?

You can filter out your Practice Sets according to their exam type, status or other aspects by using filters available on the Practice Set page. To know more follow the Practice Set Manager page.

How to Add Chapter to Practice Set?

To add a new chapter you have to click on the Practice Set button available on the Practice Sets Manager page. For details follow Add Chapters page.

How many chapters can I add to my Practice Set?

You can add any number of Chapters within your Practice Set there is no limit.

How to delete a chapter from Practice Set?

You can edit or delete a chapter after your practice set. Go to the Add Chapters page and click on the three dots right beside the Chapter and click on delete. For details follow Add Practice Set page.

How to add questions to my Practice Set from question Vault?

You can add questions from the question vault by selecting the option Select Question from Question Vault. For details check the Add Question page.

How to add questions to my Practice Set by Importing From an excel file?

You can add questions from the XLS file by clicking on Import From excel. For details refer to the Add Question page.

How to add questions to my Practice Set Manually?

To add questions manually you have to manually type the questions one by one. For details check Add Question page.

How do I publish my Practice Set?

Once you are done adding the Chapters you can go back to the Practice Set Manager page and on that page, you will see the Publish now button under actions. You can publish your test by clicking on this button. For details check Publish Practice Set.

What happens if my practice set is rejected?

Do not worry if your practice set is rejected. The issues with the practice set will be highlighted by Admisure and you can correct them and Re-submit your Practice Set.

How to resubmit my Practice set?

To re-submit the rejected Practice Set you have to edit all the issues in it and submit it. For details check the Re-Submissions page.
