Select Question From Question Vault

Process Description

If you have already added a few questions to your Question Vault or other Tests or Quizzes or Practice Sets, your task of creating a new test is way easier. Once you click on the Select Question button, Add Question page will open up. Just under the Question vault search bar, you will find there is an option to filter questions. You can filter already added questions by following a few steps as follows:

Steps to Add Question from Question Vault

  • First, select the Exam Type. (SSC, Banking, Railway)

  • Secondly select the subject of the exam, according to your selected exam type

  • Thirdly, select the chapter. Select the chapter from the drop-down. You will see questions related to that particular chapter under the Question Details section.

  • If you have any sub-topic of that chapter you can select the subtopic from the Select Topic dropdown.

  • Next, select the difficulty level of the questions you have filtered out.

  • Select the type of questions you want to add to your test.

  • Select faculty who has added the question and the name of the typist. However, ever selecting a typist and faculty name is not mandatory to filter out the questions. In case you want a specific question to be added by a particular faculty or typist to your test, you may omit to select the faculty’s name or typist’s name.

  • The language of questions will be the language that you have chosen while creating the test package. If you have chosen just English you will see the questions in English only, If you have selected both Hindi and English you will; be able to view questions in both languages.

  • Once you are done filtering out the questions you can click on the box provided by the side of the serial number of each question and click on Add Questions To Test button.

  • Once you click on the ADD question button and there will be a pop up to continue or you can also stay on that page but crossing out the pop-up. However, if you click on the continue button you will be redirected to the question page.

  • You must remember you have to add a minimum of 10 questions and you can up to 100 questions max.

  • After all the questions are added click on the Next button to reach the third step of creating a test.

Note:

  • In the vault filters, you will only see the exam type, exam name and subjects that you have already selected while creating the Test Package and Test.

  • You will see the status beside the questions if they are already assigned to a test the question status will be Assigned. If your question is not assigned to any test it will show Not Assigned

How to add bilingual questions (English & Hindi)?

  • The language of the question will be the language that is already selected for the Test.

  • If you have selected English only you will have questions in English only.

  • If you have selected English and Hindi you can add questions in any of the two languages and then if you want your question in the other language you have to click on edit beside each question.

    • You will be redirected to Edit Question Page, here at the bottom of the page there will be an option to Update Question In Different Language.

    • Click on the drop-down to select the second language and click on Update.

  • Please note bilingual questions will be indicated by an orange box and single language questions will be indicated by a blue box.

  • Each question needs to be converted manually one by one.

You can also add questions to your test by directly searching them from the Questions vault. In the question vault, questions are save with a unique question ID. Find the steps to add question with question Id by following the steps mentioned below:

Adding Questions with Question ID:

  • Click on a Select Question.

  • A new page will open up. You have to write the question ID in the Question Vault search bar and click on search.

  • The question will appear below Question Details. Select the question and click on Add Question to Test.

  • The question will be added to your test.

Where will I get a question ID?

Once you register your coaching institute with Admisure, you will see a page called Question Vault under your Coaching Institute’s profile. The moment you add a question in Admisure's platform, for creating a test or practice set etc the question will be auto-saved in question Vault. Your questions in the question vault will have a unique question id. You can also add questions directly into the question vault. Adding in question in the questions vault can be done in two ways. You can either manually type the question or you can import an XLS file containing the questions.
