Add Quizzes
Feature and Functionality
Admisure has facilitated coachings to create as many quizzes as possible. Quizzes are free products and help in attracting more students to the coaching. To create a new quiz you have to click on the Add New button in the Quiz section from the Quiz manager page. You will be redirected to the Add Quiz details page. You can fill in the details required and create a new quiz.
Steps To Add A new Quiz ✔️
Click on the Add Quiz button at the right-hand side of the Quiz section.
You will be redirected to the Add Quiz Details page.
Fill in the details required in the form to create a new quiz.
Quiz Name- We suggest adding a name for your quiz that related to the exam and the subjects that are covered within the quiz so that the aspirants can have an idea about the nature of your quiz.
Exam Type- Select the exam type from the drop-down. Exam type is the information regarding the exam conducting body. If you want to create a quiz for the NTPC exam you should write RRB in the exam type because the NTPC exam is conducted by RRB.
Subject- Once you select the exam type, you will see the subjects related to exams conducted by the exam conducting body you have selected.
Difficulty Level- Define the difficulty level of your quiz by selecting the difficulty level from the drop-down.
Faculty- Select the name of the faculty who created this Quiz for the aspirants. However, adding a faculty name is not mandatory. If you add the faculty name you will be able to manage the quiz in a better way.
Quiz Duration (in Mins)- Define a time for the aspirants to finish the quiz.
Language- You have to choose the language in which the quiz is going to be.
Randomized Order- If you select Yes the question of the quiz will be randomized for each aspirant. If you select no the order of questions will remain the same as you have added them in the quiz.
SEO Options- The Seo option section is not mandatory however, we suggest you, fill this section. This section has three options; Seo Title, Description, keywords.
SEO Title- SEO title should contain the exam name to which the quiz is related. We suggest using words that are popularly searched words related to the exam you are covering in your Quiz. The character limit for SEO title is 70.
Description- Describe your Quiz in few lines and also include the Keyword used. You can highlight features of your quiz to make students understand what the quiz about and based on which exam or subject. The character limit for description is 160.
Keywords- Keywords are popularly searched words related to the exams. Using popularly searched words in it will help the aspirants to find your quiz on google. We suggest you not to use more than 10 keywords.
After finishing up filling the form click on Create Quiz button and your quiz will be created. The next step is to add questions to finish the quiz.
Once you finish adding the details of the quiz you can further add questions to it to finish it. Let's have look:
What's Next?
You will be redirected to the Quiz manager page after you click on the create quiz button.
To add questions to your quiz you have to click on the Continue Adding button beside the quiz that you have just created.
If you click on continue adding. You will reach the Questions page.
Once you reach there you will find three options to add questions to your quiz.
Once you finish adding questions to your Quiz and click on the Finish Quiz button.
You will be redirected to the Quiz Manager page again. Here you have to now click on the Publish Now button beside the recently create Quiz Name.
Follow the instruction once you click on Publish Now button to complete publishing the quiz.
Manage Quiz ✍️
Your newly created Quiz will have Publish Now button on the right-hand side. Just by the side of Publish now button, there would be three dots. If you click on the three dots you will be able to Go to questions, View, Edit and Delete your quiz.
If you want to go to the questions page you can click on Go To Question.
If you click on View 👁️🗨️ you would be able to see details of the quiz.
If you click on Edit the Edit Quiz Details page will open up. You can make changes to the quiz details. Once you are done changing the details click on the Update 👍 button to save the changes.
If you click on the Delete button 🛑 your Quiz will be deleted from under your coaching dashboard.
